Stop crying about the South Park Trump episode.

Get your panties out of a bunch, South Park’s episode about Trump wasn’t that bad.

It’s 2025, and people are still out here getting genuinely upset and offended over South Park?

The episode wasn’t the most hilarious thing I’ve ever seen, but it was okay. It wasn’t Matt and Trey’s best work, but it still got a few chuckles out of me. Trump jokes are beyond played out at this point, but I still appreciated the Saddam Hussein callbacks. Though I’m kind of confused because I thought Satan was killed by Manbearpig.

Imagine simping for a politician so hard that you get offended over a joke about their dick size. Imagine being the President of the United States and being so butthurt over South Park saying you have a small dick that you have to have the White House release a statement about it calling their show irrelevant.

I’m not even trying to argue that South Park is still relevant. The recent seasons and specials have been mediocre at best compared to what the show used to be (Randy has become insufferable and I fucking hate the Tegridy Farms shit), and anyone criticizing the show at this point could easily make a valid argument about why it sucks now. Unfortunately, most of these conservatives and Trump supporters are only criticizing the show because it dared to make fun of their side. “South Park made fun of my favorite politician!” isn’t a valid criticism of the show. The same people who bitched at liberals for being easily offended are now suddenly just as easily offended. Why does everyone suck this fucking hard? Who seriously gets upset over an episode of South Park? They’ve made fun of pretty much everyone at this point.

Here’s where MAGAtards will jump up and say “NUH-UH, THEY DIDN’T MAKE FUN OF BIDEN OR KAMALA!!”

You’re right, they didn’t make fun of Biden or Kamala. That’s because they barely made anything during Biden’s term. They made a handful of specials and a single season that got cut short at six episodes. They were going through legal bullshit with HBO and Paramount for pretty much all of Biden’s term. Also, Biden barely did anything during his term, let alone something worth making fun of. Kamala did even less. Were they supposed to make a whole episode based around Biden having Alzheimer’s or sniffing a little girl’s hair? That’s about as cheap as the Trump dick jokes you’re complaining about. They chose to use the limited episodes/specials they had to focus on more relevant stuff, like COVID, Ozempic, Disney, and Russia. Could they have snuck in a quick joke about Biden at some point? Of course they could have. But what’s the point? It would have just been another old person joke, completely unremarkable and bringing nothing clever to the table. Like I said, Biden did virtually nothing of significance for his whole term, there was no point wasting what little air time they had to make fun of him.

The thing about Trump is, he’s so easy to make fun of. He’s basically a character, and he takes himself seriously to boot. The shit he says and how he behaves makes it so easy to rip on him. Is it going for low-hanging fruit? Yeah, and it’s just as annoying as it was back in 2016 to see literally everything have to include some form of “LE ORANGE MAN IS HECKIN BADARINO!” It’s overdone for sure, but South Park has made fun of bombastic people like Trump since the show started in the 90’s, they’re the one show I’d give a pass to on this. And by taking offense and responding to it, Trump is only going to ensure they push back even harder. I tried to like Donald back in 2016, but the guy’s biggest problem is that he just doesn’t know when to keep his mouth shut.

In the interest of fairness, I’d like to point out that not all conservatives have become overly-sensitive pussies. The show is set to parody conservative commentator Charlie Kirk this week. Rather than pitch a fit and cry about it, Charlie is laughing it off:

“I’m excited to watch it because, look, we as conservatives need to be able to take a joke, right? We shouldn’t take ourselves so seriously,” Kirk said. “That’s something that the left has always done to great detriment to themselves and their movement.”

Any and all political pundits can suck a fat dick, but Charlie Kirk is absolutely right, and I’m kind of glad to see a conservative calling out his fellow conservatives for being hypocrites on this one. He also seems to understand that if you try to push back against Matt and Trey it only emboldens them, and they’ll come back at you harder. Anyone who can’t laugh at themselves at least some of the time is a pussy.

In the same breath, I also want to call out the people who are acting like this episode is the best thing since sliced bread. It’s not, and most liberals are only cheerleading this episode because they’ll cheerlead anything that makes fun of Trump. You guys are just as bad as the conservatives who got offended. Just because the right is wrong doesn’t mean the left is right.

Because of the right’s response to the South Park Trump episode, and because Stephen Colbert got booted off The Late Show, the left is claiming that there’s some kind of war on comedy. There’s no “war on comedy”, Colbert got fired because he sucks now and nobody wants to watch the guy who played a parody of conservative commentators get serious and cry about Trump and the Republicans for 40 minutes. You used to be funny dude, what happened? I loved I Am America (And So Can You!)The Colbert Report was fucking hilarious, and Stephen was a genius. Especially when he encouraged his viewers to vandalize Wikipedia and trolled Bill O’Reilly on his own show. We went from comedic gold like that to… whatever the hell this is:

There isn’t a war on comedy, Trumptards are just sensitive pussies and liberals want to keep beating a dead horse. Both sides have forgotten how to be funny.

New South Park definitely isn’t what it used to be, and that’s even more reason to not get butthurt over it. Trump and his supporters need to get the fuck over themselves and stop acting like the liberal snowflakes that they complain about, and the left needs to stop acting like making fun of Trump is some brave and stunning act of resistance.
