Juan get many email every day ask for advice. Today AJ tell Juan “ey Juan I have email for you someone send dear Juan letter to editor instead I send you por favor.” Juan say yes that is fine and AJ send email to Juan. AJ say “Juan you answer is very good question.” This is email man send to AJ and AJ send to Juan post for you right now.
Dear Juan,
I’m the father of two boys. My oldest Gavin is 16 years old. My other son Justin just turned 13.
Justin has always seemed a little off but I found out from my wife last night Justin admitted to her that he’s gay. She said that he’s afraid to tell me because he doesn’t know how I’ll react.
I’m very confused and don’t know how to feel. I love my son like any father should but I was raised very strict Irish Catholic. My dad hated gays. I don’t hate gay people, but I don’t want my son to be gay. The wife thinks I’m overreacting and says there’s nothing wrong with it but I just don’t see it that way.
What should I do?

Juan very confused too because Juan also Catholic go to church every Sunday. Juan think really hard about question.
Juan remember long time ago in Ciudad Juárez boy Pascual. Everyone in Ciudad Juárez call Pascual “la princesa” because Pascual play with girl toy no play futbol like boy. Boy see Pascual say “ey look is la princesa Pascual he go play with doll he no play futbol like real boy where is your dress princesa haha.” Juan and Javier go to store buy candy see Pascual. Pascual say “Hola amigos como estas” and Javier tell Pascual “ey maricón you no talk to me you kiss other boy you no talk to us with boy kiss mouth maricón I beat you up puto.” Javier punch Pascual in face say “now you make me touch dirty boy kiss mouth with hand cabrón” and throw Pascual on ground kick him very hard. Javier say “Juanito what you do come here we play futbol now.” Juan say yes and kick Pascual too. Later Juan ask Javier why kick Pascual. Javier tell Juan is because Pascual kiss boy and Juan say yes but why kick Pascual. Javier say boy no kiss boy like boy kiss girl es no bueno. Juan want to know why and Javier tell Juan is because Jesús Cristo say in Bible boy no kiss boy if boy kiss boy es el malo. Javier say “Juanito mi amigo you no read Bible? Es Adán y Evita not Adán y Esteban.” Juan say yes that is true.
One day Dirty Pablo run to Juan and Javier say “chicos, rápido!” Juan say what you mean Dirty Pablo and Dirty Pablo say is futbol party at la casa del Big Hernando. Juan and Javier like play futbol Juan say come Javier we go play. Juan and Javier go to la casa del Big Hernando but no see net or ball. Instead Juan and Javier see many boy kick Pascual. Big Hernando say Juanito y Javier mi amigos we play futbol you kick ball now. Juan say where is ball and Big Hernando point at Pascual say “there is ball Juanito you kick now por favor.” Javier say yes Juan kick ball. Juan no sure but everyone sing song “Patear la pelota!” so Juan say yes I kick ball now and kick Pascual. Big Hernando say okay now watch this and kick Pascual very hard in head Juan see blood on ground under Pascual Juan say “Big Hernando we stop now is blood we must take Pascual to doctor por favor”. Big Hernando say no ball is fine it just have leak and kick Pascual in head again. Big Hernando tell Pascual “ey ball why you have leak move for me ball why I kick you and you no move?” Big Hernando kick Pascual again and Juan look close and see Pascual no breathe anymore. Juan tell Big Hernando Pascual no breathe and Big Hernando call uncle in cartel say “ey tío ball is flat no have air anymore”. Big Hernando uncle put Pascual in trunk of car and drive away come back two hour later with trunk full of ball. Juan very young no understand what happen but now Juan know is very wrong Juan pray to God every day forgive Juan.
Juan know Bible say is Adán y Evita not Adán y Esteban but Juan also know Bible say no hurt person. Juan see Jesús Cristo in Bible say love neighbor and forgive man who sin. Bible say gay is sin but Jesús Cristo say we must forgive sin and no be mean. Jesús Cristo also say he judge sin man no judge. Javier and Big Hernando say Pascual sin but they sin too they judge Pascual. Pascual no hurt Juan and Javier when he kiss boy but Juan and Javier hurt Pascual beat him up Big Hernando too.
Señor Joey, Juan make mistake many year ago beat up gay Pascual. You no make mistake with gay son. Yes Bible say is sin be gay. But Bible also say is sin no love family. You must love son even if son gay. Son kiss boy yes but son no hurt other person do this. Bible say everyone sin and Jesús Cristo and God forgive sin God see son kiss boy say “ay yai yai mi hijo why you kiss boy but that is okay you good person I forgive you mi hijo please go into heaven now por favor.” God see man beat up gay man say “ey punk why you hurt man you no read Bible cabrón I am el juez not you stupid idiot you judge man now I send you to hell with el diablo pendejo.”
Juan say it no matter if gay is sin because it is very big sin no love family and very big sin beat up gay man too. Juan no gay but Juan also no hate gay man because Jesús Cristo say no hate anyone. Is fine if gay but no kiss Juan because Juan no gay too.
Señor Joey, you must tell son “mi hijo is okay you kiss boy you are my son and I will love you anyway” you raise son be good person God and Jesús Cristo no care son gay. Juan know you are Catholic and it is hard accept gay son but you do anyway because you must be strong for son Señor Joey. Son no hurt man when he gay but you no accept gay son hurt him. You think love son more important than son be gay? Juan say yes.
