I’ve spent plenty of time calling women out for their bullshit, so fair is fair. From fake tough guys and dating app creeps to grown men who still need Mommy to do their laundry, some of my fellow guys seriously need to get their shit together.

The fitness industry wants you obsessing over supplements, nutrient timing, and the latest scientific breakthrough. For most people, getting in shape still comes down to lifting weights, doing some cardio, eating reasonably well, and staying consistent.

For all the garbage on 4chan, it still allows people to actually say what they think. Reddit filters everything through rules, moderators, and a voting system that buries anything outside the norm.

Gboard keeps changing perfectly good word suggestions right before AJ can tap them, and somehow one of the most basic functions of a smartphone has become a daily annoyance.

The internet was built on anonymity. Now governments and corporations want age verification, facial recognition, and mandatory ID checks. Is this really about protecting children, or is it about building a more controlled internet?

Steroids aren’t harmless, but the way people talk about them is completely disconnected from reality. Somewhere between fearmongering and fantasy, we lost any honest discussion about how they’re actually used and who gets to use them safely.

What the hell is an antioxidant? Why is everything world class? And who decided quinoa was a superfood? Let’s talk about buzzwords.

The Epstein case should have triggered nonstop investigations and real consequences. Instead, it faded out, and most of the people tied to it walked away untouched.

Google keeps saying it wants helpful content, but independent websites like AJnet Magazine are being buried while the same giant brands dominate every search result. I’m not pretending I haven’t made mistakes with this site, but when AngryJerk.net can’t rank for “angry jerk,” something is seriously broken.
